Rooms could benefit from better cleaning standards!!! Unpleasant odors linger in certain rooms, and having to deal with dilapidated furniture is less than ideal!!!

I enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room and the friendly staff who made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was also a highlight with a great variety. However, the check-in experience could be improved, as we had a delay in receiving room keys, which was somewhat inconvenient.

We had a lovely three-night stay in a plush Deluxe King Room. It was clean and cozy—perfect for lounging! Oh, and the staff was super friendly, making us feel right at home.

However, parking at night was like playing 'guess who' with the cars. Who knew late-night parking could turn into a game of musical chairs?

The pool area was inviting, but noisy neighbors kept us from sleeping well.

Bruce at the front desk was fantastic and made the check-in process smooth.

Grocery bags from previous guests hung out in the common areas and the noise from partying guests outside intensified in the late hours, making sleep a challenge. Someone next door was smoking pot, which added to the discomfort, and there were long waits at the front desk during peak hours that suggested understaffing.
